Cook Healthy Chicken Easily

Ideally, fresh or frozen meat should be used. I like fresh meat. Thaw frozen breasts in the refrigerator overnight. If skinless meat is not available, remove any fat or skin from the meat. Roast the chicken for 10 to 12 minutes on each side or 6 minutes on each side. Spread apricot jam on the chicken breast and add 1-2 tablespoons of hot sauce. Heat the chicken for 2-3 minutes and then remove the meat. Cut it into cubes, open the center and cook well.


I always like grilled chicken because it's cooked over an open fire. I like to grill my chicken on a charcoal grill, but you can also grill it on a gas grill. The chicken can only be grilled if it is boneless. Lightly grease the grill and place the meat on the grill to prevent it from sticking to the grill. When the inside of the meat turns white, it's time to remove the chicken from the grill.
